LORENTZPhyllis Ada Sue and family wish to thank everyone who attended her funeral and for all the cards and kind messages of condolence received at this sad time. Special thanks to Audrey and Colin for their continuous support throughout and to Ann Ladd for her help and friendship to Phyllis for many years. Thanks also to the staff at Crossroads and Lydney District Hospital for their excellent care. Very grateful thanks to Reverend Mike Barnsley for his comforting service, her life long friend Beryl Sleeman for playing the organ and Co-operative Funeralcare for their professionalism and guidance. Thanks to Shane and the staff at the Belfry Hotel for providing the refreshments. Finally thank you to all who gave donations in memory of Phyllis.
